Gravity Europe is the European subsidiary of Gravity, a major player in the online gaming industry. Its flagship online game, Ragnarok, is enjoyed by millions of players worldwide.
Ragnarok was launched in Europe at the end of 2007, starting with France. It currently has more than a 100 000 registered players.

the solution(s)

Shugu provides the Ragnarok game in France with a customized CRM system. Online and efficient, it delivers the key data (concurrent number of players, new registrations, ..) on a real-time basis for both the European managers and the Korean headquarters, each having its specific interface. The included CRM solution give a complete overview of each player : subscriptions history, revenues, ..
Since October 2008, Shugu partnered with A7interactive to provide Ragnarok with an online store, the iShop. Advanced product management enables Ragnarok executives to adjust in real-time the prices, create promotion and even play with product inventories. A mileage-based program was added to developp customer loyalty and integrates within the CRM solution. The iShop proved so successful that Ragnarok eventually moved to a free-to-play business model, therefore establishing itself as an industry pioneer.
